- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent for Catholic Health Initiatives.
- Oversee and manage the HR Operations department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, colleges, and other recruitment sources to expand the talent pool.
- Create and maintain a positive employer brand for Catholic Health Initiatives through various marketing channels.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, communications, and leadership, to align marketing strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Represent Catholic Health Initiatives at industry events and career fairs to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Monitor and manage marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and retention processes to meet the organization's evolving needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with Catholic Health Initiatives' mission and values.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing And/Or Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Operations And Compliance Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Strategies To Support Hr Initiatives And Drive Organizational Growth.
