  1. Provide high-quality virtual medical care to patients through virtual platforms, including telemedicine and online consultations.
  2. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans based on medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic results.
  3. Collaborate with virtual care team members, including physicians and nurses, to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
  4. Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on advancements in virtual care technology and techniques.

  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, diagnostic results, and treatment plans.

  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as pharmacists and specialists, to coordinate patient care and referrals as needed.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and work to continuously improve the virtual care experience for patients.
  11. Adhere to Catholic Health Initiatives' mission, values, and standards of behavior in all job duties and interactions.
  12. Maintain licensure and certification requirements, meeting all necessary continuing education and competency requirements.
  13. Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
  14. Act as a positive ambassador for Catholic Health Initiatives, promoting the organization's mission and values to patients and colleagues.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve virtual care processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Certification And Licensure As A Physician Assistant In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Physician Assistant, Preferably In A Virtual Care Setting.

  • A Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Institution.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients And Collaborate With The Healthcare Team.

  • Proficiency In Using Virtual Care Technology And Electronic Medical Records Systems.
