
Ultrasound Technologist

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care. The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. In addition, they will be responsible for providing patient care in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications: • Associate's Degree in Ultrasound Technology• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) certification• BLS certification• At least one year of experience working as an Ultrasound Technologist• Able to work effectively with a team of healthcare professionals• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy If you possess the qualifications and experience we are seeking and are driven to serve our communities with excellence, we invite you to apply for this position today!
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
- Provide patient care in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize proper techniques, protocols, and safety measures
- Maintain and operate all ultrasound equipment
- Follow all departmental policies and procedures
- Educate patients on the purpose of the ultrasound and the procedure
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the ultrasound procedure
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently
- Prepare reports and images for radiologists to interpret
- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order
Ability To Operate Ultrasound Equipment
Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations
Ardms Certification
Completion Of A Two-Year Accredited Ultrasound Program
Knowledge Of Ultrasound Imaging Principles And Techniques
Ability To Work With Patients Of All Ages
