Ultrasound Technologist

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. In addition, they will be responsible for providing patient care in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
• Provide patient care in a professional and courteous manner

• Maintain and operate all ultrasound equipment
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures
• Educate patients on the purpose of the ultrasound and the procedure
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the ultrasound procedure
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently
• Prepare reports and images for radiologists to interpret
• Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure all equipment is in proper working order
