- Coordinate with external speakers and experts to secure their participation in educational programs.

- Serve as the main point of contact for all communication related to the educational programs, including responding to inquiries and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials to promote the educational programs to target audiences.
- Manage the registration process for participants, including tracking attendance and collecting feedback.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the educational programs through surveys and other data collection methods, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to continuing medical education, and ensure that all programs adhere to these standards.
- Collaborate with the Continuing Medical Education team to create a strategic plan for future educational programs and initiatives.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Continuing Medical Education (Cme) Accreditation Requirements And Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Nurses, And External Education Providers.
