Job Description

The Director, Human Resources Compliance at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center will be a key member of the HR team, providing leadership and expertise in developing and managing effective strategies that ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Human Resources, Labor or Employment Law, or a related field; 8+ years of related experience in a complex healthcare environment; and demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective HR compliance strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and implement strategies that will help protect the organization from legal and financial risk, while providing a safe and fair workplace for our employees.
