Responsibilities:

1. Provide high quality care to patients with spine related conditions.
2. Utilize excellent knowledge of spinal anatomy, pathology, and surgery to inform decision-making and operative procedures.
3. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
4. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and colleagues.
5. Provide guidance and instruction to medical students and residents.
6. Participate in research activities to further the field of neurosurgery.
7. Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical practices and make recommendations accordingly.
8. Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and guidelines.
9. Keep up to date with advances in the field and attend relevant conferences and seminars.
