
Neurosurgery - Spine Clinical Faculty
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is currently seeking a talented and experienced Neurosurgery - Spine Clinical Faculty to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in the field of neurosurgery, along with a strong background in working with spine related cases. If you have the qualifications listed below, we’d love to hear from you!Required Qualifications: - MD or DO degree- Board certification in Neurosurgery- Previous experience working as a Clinical Faculty- Excellent knowledge of spinal anatomy, pathology, and surgery- Ability to make complex clinical decisions and to manage operative procedures- Ability to work well with a team of healthcare professionals- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and colleagues
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality care to patients with spine related conditions.
- Utilize excellent knowledge of spinal anatomy, pathology, and surgery to inform decision-making and operative procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and colleagues.
- Provide guidance and instruction to medical students and residents.
- Participate in research activities to further the field of neurosurgery.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical practices and make recommendations accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Keep up to date with advances in the field and attend relevant conferences and seminars.
