  1. Provide exceptional care to patients with liver diseases, utilizing advanced technology and working alongside renowned physicians.
  2. Diagnose and treat a wide range of liver conditions, including but not limited to cirrhosis, hepatitis, and liver cancer.
  3. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  4. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  5. Prescribe medications and order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  7. Monitor and manage patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  9. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in healthcare delivery.
  10. Stay updated on current research and advancements in the field of hepatology.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  12. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  13. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  14. Attend continuing education programs and conferences to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  15. Serve as a role model for nursing staff and students.
  16. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care for patients.
  17. Comply with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
  18. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  19. Assist in the development and implementation of protocols and guidelines for the hepatology department.
  20. Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and other members of the healthcare team.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Hepatology From An Accredited Program.

  • Current And Unrestricted Np License In The State Of California.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Np In A Hepatology Setting.

  • Advanced Knowledge And Understanding Of Hepatology Conditions, Treatments, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient Education And Support.
