Certified Orthopedic Technician: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Certification As An Orthopedic Technician, Which Demonstrates A Thorough Understanding Of Orthopedic Procedures And Techniques.
Experience In A Hospital Setting: Previous Experience Working As An Ortho Technician In A Hospital, Particularly In A Trauma Center Or Surgical Unit, Would Be Highly Desirable For This Position.
Knowledge Of Orthopedic Equipment And Instruments: The Applicant Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of Various Orthopedic Equipment And Instruments Used In Procedures Such As Casting, Splinting, And Traction.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: As An Ortho Technician At Cedars-Sinai, The Candidate Should Be Able To Handle A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Work Environment While Maintaining Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
