1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg/Tele department.
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
3. Monitor and assess patient's condition, including vital signs, medication management, and response to treatment.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
