  1. Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new graduates or nurses transitioning to critical care.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of the Internship Bridge to ICU program.
  3. Create a supportive and positive learning environment for new nurses.
  4. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  5. Educate and train nurses on critical care procedures and protocols.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the progress of interns in the program.
  7. Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to identify learning needs and create educational materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.

  • At Least 1 Year Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In An Intensive Care Unit (Icu).

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.

  • Strong Critical Thinking, Communication, And Time Management Skills.
