Client Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join our team at Céline and to bring their unique combination of enthusiasm, professionalism, and customer service expertise to our flagship store. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury retail and a passion for fashion. An ability to build relationships with customers and drive sales is also essential.The Client Advisor will be the face of the company, providing a positive and memorable experience for every customer. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide an excellent customer service experience.
2. Build relationships with customers and foster a sense of loyalty.
3. Assist customers with product selection and provide them with knowledgeable advice.
4. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Céline product range.
5. Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and Céline product releases.
6. Upsell products to customers and meet sales targets.
7. Ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
9. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
10. Participate in stock management and inventory control.
