Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Technician to join the CenturyLink team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network operations, as well as providing technical support for customers. If you have a passion for technology and a drive to be the best in your field, this is the job for you! To be successful as an Operations Technician, you must have a degree in a technical field such as computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; have experience in network operations and troubleshooting; and have a strong understanding of the Internet and networking technologies. You must also be able to work independently and collaboratively, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
