  1. Develop and implement innovative and competitive compensation and benefits programs for faculty and staff.
  2. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity in compensation packages.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.
  4. Oversee the administration of all compensation and benefits programs, including but not limited to salary structures, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve and enhance our programs.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
  7. Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals in the compensation and benefits department.
  9. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address any concerns or questions related to compensation and benefits.
  10. Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop competitive and attractive job offers for potential candidates.
  11. Advise and assist managers and supervisors in making fair and equitable compensation decisions.
  12. Analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions regarding compensation and benefits.
  13. Develop and manage the departmental budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in all compensation and benefits programs.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to overall HR strategy and goals.
  15. Represent the university in external meetings and conferences related to compensation and benefits.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Compensation And Benefits Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits Laws And Regulations, Including Flsa, Erisa, And Aca.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Amounts Of Data.

  • Proven Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Oversee A Team And Collaborate With Various Departments.
