
Business Systems Analyst- Trading Technology
Mobile Trader Technology is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to support the modernization, scaling and migrations of systems with Schwab Technology Services. Work closely with key product team in the identification of business requirements, functional design, and process design. Elicit, analyze and document business and technical requirements and business rules advising business on priorities, options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions. Assist with the analysis of impacts of proposed technology solutions on existing business and operational processes. Coordinate work and initiatives across the various delivery portfolios in the organization. Develop business scenarios/use cases to explain and demonstrate business requirements specifications to business stakeholders and the technology team. Develops and introduces new methods and procedures, standards, and tools to their business partners.
3-4+ years of Business Analyst experience in Trading/Finance domain highly preferred
Previous experience in agile methodologies is preferred
Ability to contribute to and balance delivery timelines against, multiple projects/demands simultaneously
