  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  3. Educate clients on various financial products and services offered by Charles Schwab.
  4. Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
  5. Assist clients with account set-up, maintenance, and transactions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to better assist clients.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and protect clients' confidential information.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
  10. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and productivity goals.
  11. Continuously seek feedback and utilize it to improve service delivery and personal development.
