
Financial Analyst
Drive the consolidation process and financial management reporting for the STS Finance organization. Own financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis for STS Administration and the CTO Organization within the Schwab Technology Services enterprise. Acquire an in-depth understanding of a sophisticated and exciting business enterprise. Build strong business partnerships within the technology organization as well as across other Finance teams, including executive leadership. Support business decisions and technology investment decisions including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Work in cross-functional teams to innovate and drive process efficiencies across the business and finance. Perform other financial reporting needs as required including ad-hoc analysis and projects.
A minimum of 2 years of related financial/business analysis and planning experience
Ability to balance multiple workstreams concurrently while hitting target dates on results
Experience thriving in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
Proficiency in sourcing data from multiple database applications and working efficiently to consolidate and summarize large data sets
