- Act as a knowledgeable and trusted resource for clients, answering questions and providing guidance on financial products and services offered by Charles Schwab.
- Assist clients with account opening, account maintenance, and other administrative tasks related to their investments.
- Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of Charles Schwab's financial products and services to effectively communicate and make recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Investments, Retirement Planning, And Insurance
Series 7 And 63 Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within The First 6 Months Of Employment
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Experience In Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry
