Job Description

Define impactful business strategies for Schwab’s Retail business. Plan and manage the execution of work streams for large, complex projects, as well as take full ownership for smaller projects. Mentor and coach project teams while refining your problem solving, communication, and leadership skills in an environment of mentorship and coaching. Work alongside dynamic, motivated, and intellectually curious colleagues from top consulting firms and leading undergraduate and MBA programs. Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders across the firm to drive strategic alignment and support the transition from recommendation to implementation. Gain visibility within the firm's senior leadership. Advance to other roles throughout the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience

  • 2+ years of work experience in strategy, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm or strategy group at a large organization

  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

  • Strong financial modeling skills and knowledge of financial/valuation concepts
