  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet the complex borrowing needs of ultra high net worth clients.
  2. Lead a team of lending specialists, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure high-quality service and results.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on lending products and services, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions to clients.
  5. Assess and manage risks associated with lending solutions, ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and client needs to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the lending solutions team.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with ultra high net worth clients, addressing their concerns and providing personalized solutions.
  9. Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve team and individual goals.
  10. Train, mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in lending solutions.
  11. Oversee the performance and productivity of the lending solutions team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's policies, procedures and values, and ensure they are upheld within the lending solutions team.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and operations within the lending solutions team.
