We seek a highly motivated individual that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have solid financial services industry experience and a strong customer service background.The Specialist, Trader Service will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their trading needs and answering complex inquiries. In addition, the successful candidate will be the liaison between the clients and the trading desk.
