  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies for the organization.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks across all areas of the company.
  3. Monitor and analyze risk trends and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation plans and ensure their effective implementation.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their risk concerns and address them accordingly.
  6. Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to risk management.
  7. Lead the STS Risk Services team and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  8. Communicate risk management plans, progress, and issues to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  9. Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase risk awareness and promote a culture of risk management within the organization.
  10. Continuously review and improve risk management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Conduct regular risk audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  12. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on risk-related matters and potential opportunities for improvement.
  13. Represent the organization in risk-related meetings and conferences.
  14. Drive innovation and suggest new risk management initiatives to improve the organization's risk posture.
  15. Stay updated with emerging risk trends and proactively identify potential risks to the organization.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the STS Risk Services team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Risk Management, Finance, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sts (Security, Technology, And Safety) Risk Management Principles And Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Strategic Plans To Mitigate Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Management And Stakeholders.
