Associate Banker

3. Assist clients with their banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and offering appropriate products and services.
5. Educate clients on various banking products and services to help them make informed decisions.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and products.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with bank guidelines.
8. Identify and refer clients to appropriate specialists for additional financial needs.
9. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
12. Adhere to all bank regulations and compliance policies.
13. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
14. Proactively identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
15. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
