Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 1-2 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Operations, Including Branch Procedures, Compliance Regulations, And Customer Service Standards
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills
