- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
- Ensure that all branch employees are following company policies and procedures, including compliance with banking regulations and customer privacy laws.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of branch employees to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless banking experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in banking regulations, and new products and services offered by the bank, and communicate this information to branch employees.
- Manage branch inventory, including supplies, cash, and equipment, to ensure adequate levels are maintained at all times.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized and professional service to meet their financial needs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Act as a role model and champion the bank's mission, vision, and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Banking Or Financial Services, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Branch Operations, Including Cash Handling, Customer Service, And Compliance Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Interact With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Performance Goals, As Well As Identifying And Implementing Process Improvements.
