- Lead and manage a team responsible for the implementation of commercial card products for our clients.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial card product implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation process.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully implement commercial card products.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to commercial card products and implementations.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for new or enhanced commercial card products.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our commercial card products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines during product implementations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and success of commercial card product implementations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on commercial card products and implementations, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
Extensive Experience In Commercial Card Product Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Commercial Card Products, Preferably At A Large Financial Institution. This Should Include Experience In Project Management, Client Communication, And Technical Knowledge Of Commercial Card Products.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Commercial Card Product Implementation Team Lead Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously. This Includes Developing Project Plans, Managing Timelines, And Ensuring Successful Completion Of Projects Within Budget And Scope.
Client-Facing Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Working Directly With Clients, Understanding Their Needs, And Providing Solutions To Meet Those Needs. This Includes Excellent Communication Skills, The Ability To Build Relationships, And The Ability To Manage Client Expectations.
Technical Knowledge Of Commercial Card Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Commercial Card Products, Including Corporate Cards, Purchasing Cards, And Virtual Cards. This Includes Knowledge Of Card Networks, Transaction Processing, And Reporting Capabilities.
Team Management Skills: As A Team Lead, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team Of Implementation Specialists And Analysts. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Foster A Collaborative Team Environment. Additionally, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Recruiting, Training, And Developing Team Members.
