We’re looking for an innovative and creative Communications Director – Employee Digital & Service Experience to join our team at Chase Bank! We are looking for an individual who can drive digital and service communications within the organization and help us continue to create an exceptional employee experience.The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to communications and an eye for detail. You should also have a flair for developing innovative digital solutions, be an excellent communicator, and have a knack for thinking outside the box.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our employee communications strategy – from online and print campaigns, to new digital initiatives, to employee engagement and service initiatives. You will be the ‘go-to’ for all employee digital and service communications and be responsible for developing and managing our employee communications channels.To be successful in this role, you should have:• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate communications role• Extensive knowledge of digital channels, trends and best practices• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute campaigns• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesIf you are passionate about communications, have an eye for detail, and a commitment to providing an exceptional employee experience, we want to hear from you!
