Corporate Compliance - Compliance Analyst
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the overall support for Registration and Insurance Advisory functions including researching and issuing Employee Compliance violation notices, internal and regulatory system access administration, Dodd Frank and SAFE Act disclosure reconciliation, managing periodic Compliance certifications, managing four group mailboxes, scanning documents in Compliance with recordkeeping regulations and other duties as assigned.
Previous experience and/or knowledge of insurance, broker dealer or investment adviser registration,
Knowledge of registration and insurance regulations and filings preferred
