- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of Chase Bank.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize strong understanding of financial products and services to assist clients with their banking needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various departments within the bank to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell bank products and services to clients.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions and account updates.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in bank policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the overall customer service experience.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Identify and report any potential fraud or suspicious activity to the appropriate department.

Strong Communication Skills: As A Customer Service Account Specialist, You Will Be Responsible For Interacting With A Variety Of Customers On A Daily Basis. This Requires Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Address Their Needs And Concerns.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In Customer Service Is A Must For This Role. Whether It Is In A Retail, Hospitality, Or Call Center Setting, Having A Background In Providing Exceptional Customer Service Will Be Beneficial In This Position.
Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services: A Deep Understanding Of Chase Bank's Products And Services Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Checking And Savings Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, And Other Financial Products Offered By The Bank.
