As the HR Business Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to support our executive leadership team and drive our business forward.   1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the executive leadership team in achieving business goals.
  2. Provide guidance and support to the executive leadership team on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Advise and coach executives on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  4. Collaborate with other HR leaders to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of HR-related data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively address any HR-related issues.
  8. Lead and execute HR projects and initiatives, including organizational restructures, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  9. Oversee and manage the performance of HR team members, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  10. Serve as a trusted and confidential advisor to executives on sensitive and confidential matters.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and employment practices.
  12. Champion a positive and inclusive culture that values diversity and promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  13. Facilitate and lead discussions and trainings on HR-related topics for executives and managers.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Chase Bank by promoting a positive and professional image in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Human Resources Policies And Procedures: A Human Resources Business Advisor - Executive Director At Chase Bank Should Have A Deep Understanding Of All Aspects Of Hr, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compensation And Benefits.

  • Proven Experience In A Leadership Role: As A Senior-Level Position, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Hr Department Of A Large Organization.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization And Build Strong Relationships.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Human Resources Business Advisor - Executive Director Should Have A Strong Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Analyze Complex Situations To Provide Effective Solutions And Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations To Ensure Chase Bank's Hr Policies And Practices Are Compliant.
