  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Premier clients by promptly responding to their technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for Premier clients, acting as a liaison between clients and the Technology Support team.
  3. Conduct thorough and accurate troubleshooting of technical issues, utilizing various resources and tools to identify and resolve problems.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues, providing preventative solutions to ensure a seamless client experience.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the Technology Support team to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer service.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and product developments within the banking industry, and effectively communicate this information to Premier clients.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and technical issues, utilizing internal systems and processes.
  8. Continuously seek feedback from Premier clients to identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions for enhancing the overall customer experience.
  9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Chase Bank, promoting our values and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge: A Premier Client Support Specialist Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Technology Products And Services Offered By Chase Bank, Including Online And Mobile Banking, Credit And Debit Cards, And Other Digital Tools. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions To Clients.
