Chase Bank is seeking a Training Communication Specialist to join our team and help drive the success of our training programs. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective communications to support our training initiatives.   1. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support training programs across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with training team members and subject matter experts to understand training objectives and create targeted communication plans.
  3. Write clear, concise, and engaging communications for various mediums including email, presentations, and training materials.
  4. Design and produce visually appealing and effective training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids.
  5. Coordinate and manage the distribution of training materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery to all employees.
  6. Create and maintain a training communication calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication of training initiatives.
  7. Monitor and track the effectiveness of training communications and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training communication to continuously improve the effectiveness of our programs.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  10. Provide support to trainers and facilitators, including reviewing and editing their materials and providing guidance on effective communication strategies.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure understanding and support of training initiatives.
  12. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed to support training communication efforts.
  14. Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to training communication processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Training Or Communications, Preferably In The Banking Industry.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Effective Training Materials.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Training Software Programs.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
