Accountant

This entry level position prepares accounting reports and analyzes accounting information in order to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability and other accounting information. Assists with daily accounting functions including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management. Reviews and organizes accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Uses the chart of accounts and codes entries to proper accounts. Helps prepare various account reconciliations/analysis. Performs other duties as assigned.
