Business Process Analyst

Analyst will facilitate cross functional business process automations to address inefficiencies that are causing a loss of value to the company. The ability to craft, conduct, facilitate and participate in effective communication forums with business groups across Chesapeake is required. Evaluates and documents process automation ideas and projects. Uses established project documentation, controls, templates, training and change management practices. Responsible for design, building, testing, scheduling, monitoring and support of process automations including code reviews. Required to complete automation project assignments that are at a medium to high level of complexity within established timeframes. Understands and follows automation best practices. Helps capture and track metrics around automation projects. Participates as Agile team member. Provides support and training to lower level Business Process Analysts.
