
Staff Asset Integrity Engineer
Evaluates costs and estimates the economic value of inspection, preventative maintenance, and remedial work on production equipment and pipelines. Develops pipelines and mechanical integrity budgets, project RFPs, and executes projects via internal and external resources. plans for oil and gas field drilling, and for product recovery and treatment. Analyzes preventative maintenance findings, provides continuous improvement feedback, an provides a technical basis for future preventative maintenance budgets & plans. Monitors production rates, and plans rework processes to improve production Interprets non-destructive testing data, failure analysis and other integrity inspection information. Assists engineering and other personnel to solve operating problems. Confers with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve design, research, and testing problems. Coordinates the installation, maintenance, and operation of oil field equipment.
5 - 8 years related work experience
Ability to generate cost estimates, forecast program costs, and communicate program statues & strategies effectively
Intermediate knowledge of DOT 192 & 195 code requirements for jurisdictional pipelines
