Environmental Engineer

This position works for Permitting during the development of air permitting strategies and oversight of all air permitting efforts across the domestic facilities, to ensure consistency in air permitting for minor and major modifications and new construction. Provide expertise in Texas and Federal environmental air regulations and New Source Review and Title V permitting. Review of critical project air permit applications and air draft permits. Manage HRVOC and NOx cap and trade programs and emissions reduction credits for the facilities and the company. Assist the facilities in negotiating air permit special conditions. Assist in development of tools to more efficiently meet air permit application and compliance requirements. Develop and provide training to sites on NSR and Title V permitting. Provide on-site assistance to facilities air compliance/permitting engineers.
