  1. Conduct research and analysis to support the development and implementation of petroleum projects.
  2. Design and optimize well completions, production systems, and field development plans.
  3. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve operations and increase efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute project plans.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  6. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  8. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
  9. Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  13. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  14. Represent the company in technical meetings and conferences.
  15. Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Petroleum Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Oil And Gas Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Drilling, Production, And Reservoir Engineering Principles

  • Familiarity With Industry Software And Tools, Such As Petrel, Eclipse, And Wellview

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills.
