We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Archives & Campus Experience Team Lead at Chick-fil-A. The successful candidate will be a reliable and dedicated team leader who possesses strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of service are met.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage archives and records according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain and update customer and vendor databases.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support when needed.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards.
