Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Customer Support Agent to join the Chick-fil-A family! This role is fundamental in providing exceptional customer service to guests by responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving complaints. To be successful in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  3. Utilize various customer service software programs to respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor when interacting with customers.
  5. Log customer interactions and transactions in a detailed manner.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service they received.
  7. Collaborate with other customer service agents to provide the best customer experience possible.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
