
Customer Support Agent
We are looking for an experienced and friendly Customer Support Agent to join the Chick-fil-A family! This role is fundamental in providing exceptional customer service to guests by responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving complaints. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Utilize various customer service software programs to respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Log customer interactions and transactions in a detailed manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service they received.
- Collaborate with other customer service agents to provide the best customer experience possible.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
