Product Lead, Workday Payroll

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to join our team here at Chick-fil-A and lead our Workday Payroll product. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on payroll products• Experience leading product teams in a cross-functional environment• Deep understanding of the payroll industry, including payroll regulations and compliance• Experience with Workday's payroll products• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Ability to drive product adoption and achieve product objectives• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement• A passion for delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers

Responsibilities:

• Set product strategy and objectives for the Workday Payroll product • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives • Drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction • Analyze the payroll industry and identify opportunities for improvement • Monitor industry trends related to payroll and Workday’s payroll product capabilities • Ensure product quality and compliance with applicable payroll regulations • Provide guidance and support to the product team • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Develop and execute effective product launch plans • Analyze customer feedback and use it to inform product decisions
