Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain HR programs, policies and procedures for the region in alignment with company goals and culture.
  2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring all HR-related tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
  4. Provide guidance to team members on issues such as performance management, employee relations, and workplace safety.
  5. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, and take appropriate action to address any areas of concern.
  6. Participate in strategic planning and decision making processes, and contribute to the development of long-term goals and objectives.
  7. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations.
  9. Serve as a mentor and role model for other members of the HR team.
