Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR programs, policies and procedures for the region in alignment with company goals and culture.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring all HR-related tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success.
- Provide guidance to team members on issues such as performance management, employee relations, and workplace safety.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, and take appropriate action to address any areas of concern.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision making processes, and contribute to the development of long-term goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for other members of the HR team.
