
Sr. Human Resource Manager
Chick-fil-A is seeking an experienced, motivated and innovative Senior Human Resource Manager to join our team! We are looking for an individual with a passion for people, a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the human resources function. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, and payroll and benefits administration. If you possess these qualifications and have a proven track record of success in the human resources field, we want to hear from you! Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required• 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role• Proven success in developing and implementing human resource plans and initiatives• Knowledge of employment law and best practices in the human resources field• Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement human resource plans and initiatives in accordance with employment law and best practices • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and hiring of new employees • Administer payroll and benefits for all employees • Develop and manage employee relations programs and initiatives • Support training and development initiatives and programs • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback • Manage employee conflicts and disciplinary actions • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations • Address employee inquiries and concerns • Prepare and maintain employee records • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas of improvement • Stay up-to-date with new HR trends and best practices
