Sr. Insights Analyst, Data & Reporting

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Insights Analyst, Data & Reporting to join the Chick-fil-A team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing insights, analytics, and reporting to drive decision making, optimize performance, and identify opportunities. In addition to possessing a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, the ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision making and a desire to help our business succeed.To be successful in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, and 5+ years of experience in an analytics role. Additionally, you must have a deep understanding of business intelligence, analytics, data mining, and trend analysis, as well as extensive experience with SQL. Experience working with Tableau, R/Python, and/or other visualization tools is a plus. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and analytics, is a creative problem solver, and has a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop insights, analytics, and reporting to drive decision making, optimize performance, and identify opportunities.
2. Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make decisions.
3. Utilize data mining, trend analysis, and other data-driven strategies to create business insights.
4. Create visualizations using Tableau, R/Python, or other visualization tools.
5. Write and maintain SQL queries to retrieve data from databases.
6. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and make recommendations.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable plans.
8. Keep up to date with latest data analysis and reporting techniques.
9. Provide customer-centric data solutions to improve customer experience.
