Sr. Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Paralegal to join the Chick-fil-A team. The ideal candidate will have proved capabilities in legal document management, litigation support, and research. They will be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team and have a strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills. This position requires excellent communication and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage legal documents, including drafting, editing, and filing • Provide litigation support, including researching case law and drafting pleadings • Perform legal research utilizing various resources, both online and in paper format • Assist with legal document review and analysis • Assist attorneys with case investigations and preparation for hearings, trials, and depositions • Monitor legal trends, changes in regulations, and new laws • Maintain organized records and files • Create and maintain case tracking systems • Prepare correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents • Assist with filing, organizing, and indexing relevant legal documents • Compile and analyze data and legal documents • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including locating witnesses and gathering evidence • Manage calendars and deadlines to ensure all legal deadlines are met • Maintain client confidentiality and sensitive legal information
