Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable Sr. Training Specialist to join the Customer Support team at Chick-fil-A. If you thrive on providing exceptional customer service and guiding others to do the same, then this role is for you! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, ensuring customer service excellence, and providing guidance and support to the Customer Support team. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of customer service, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.If you have the qualifications and experience necessary to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive customer service training programs for the Customer Support team.
  2. Ensure customer service excellence is achieved throughout the Customer Support team.
  3. Provide guidance and support to the Customer Support team.
  4. Monitor and assess customer service performance and provide feedback to the team as needed.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes.
  6. Analyze customer service data and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Design and implement customer service surveys to measure customer satisfaction.
  8. Work with the Customer Support team to ensure customer issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Maintain awareness of industry standards and trends in customer service.
  10. Stay up to date with new customer service technologies and products.
