Strong Knowledge Of Training And Development Principles: A Corporate Trainer At Chipotle Mexican Grill Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Instructional Design, Adult Learning Theories, And Training Methodologies To Effectively Develop And Deliver Training Programs.
