Job Description

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our franchise locations operate efficiently and effectively, while upholding our company values and standards. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for the restaurant industry and a strong business acumen.   1. Oversee and support franchise locations to ensure they are operating in line with company standards and values.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to assess and provide feedback on operations, customer service, and overall performance.
  3. Collaborate with franchise owners to develop and implement strategies for improving profitability and efficiency.
  4. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue growth opportunities.
  5. Train and coach franchise owners and their management teams on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and work with franchise owners to develop action plans for improvement.
  7. Serve as a liaison between franchise locations and the corporate office, communicating updates, changes, and initiatives.
  8. Conduct market research and analyze trends in the restaurant industry to identify potential growth opportunities for franchise locations.
  9. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  10. Represent the company and act as a brand ambassador at various events and conferences.
  11. Travel to different locations as needed to provide support and guidance to franchise owners and their teams.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with franchise owners and their teams, promoting a strong sense of partnership and teamwork.
  13. Continuously evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness of current processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvement.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and share relevant information with franchise owners and the corporate team.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values and ensure they are reflected in all aspects of franchise operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Food Industry: A Franchise Business Consultant At Chipotle Mexican Grill Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Food Industry, Including Trends, Regulations, And Competition. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Effectively Support And Advise Franchisees In Growing Their Businesses.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Franchisees, Corporate Executives, And Other Team Members. A Franchise Business Consultant Must Be Able To Effectively Convey Information, Listen To Concerns, And Build Strong Relationships With All Stakeholders.

  • Business Acumen: A Successful Franchise Business Consultant At Chipotle Mexican Grill Must Have Strong Business Acumen, Including Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Strategic Planning Skills. This Will Allow Them To Evaluate Franchisees' Performance And Make Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: Franchise Business Consultants Often Encounter Challenging Situations And Must Be Able To Think Critically And Make Sound Decisions. They Should Also Be Able To Identify Potential Problems And Develop Effective Solutions.

  • Experience In Franchising: Prior Experience In The Franchising Industry Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Franchise Agreements, Operations, And Support Systems. Experience In The Restaurant Industry Or With Multi-Unit Operations Is Also Beneficial.
