  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees and provide support and guidance to ensure their success.
  2. Utilize strong understanding of business operations to assess and identify areas for improvement within franchise locations.
  3. Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to evaluate performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Work closely with franchisees to develop and implement strategic plans to drive results and increase profitability.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance of franchise locations and make data-driven decisions to improve business operations.
  6. Train and coach franchisees and their teams on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain consistency across all franchise locations.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs for franchisees.
  9. Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador and represent Chipotle's values and mission to franchisees and the public.

Job Qualifications

  • Prior Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Franchise Business Consultant At Chipotle Mexican Grill Should Have A Strong Background And Understanding Of The Restaurant Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Food Service Operations, Customer Service, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Franchise Business Consultant, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Franchise Owners, Restaurant Managers, And Corporate Leadership. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
