- Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources for all positions within the restaurant.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to our company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Evaluate training needs and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations and solutions to management.
- Monitor and assess employee performance and provide ongoing training and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with managers to design and implement training plans for individual employees to support their career growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance our training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as food safety and sanitation standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion in all training and development efforts.
- Conduct regular training audits and provide reports to management on training effectiveness and employee progress.
