
Training Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing team members, including both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Create training materials and resources that effectively communicate company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to ensure consistent understanding and execution of training materials.
- Monitor and assess training needs and make adjustments to training programs as needed.
- Collaborate with other managers to identify and address any performance issues or training gaps.
- Communicate regularly with team members to gather feedback and make improvements to training programs.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training resources to enhance training programs.
- Train and mentor new Training Managers as needed.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and culture.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs and team member progress.
- Identify and reward top-performing team members through recognition programs.
- Assist with any other duties or projects as assigned by upper management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Training Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Engage Employees At All Levels.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs, Including Onboarding, Leadership Development, And Technical Skills Training.
