  1. Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within the HR systems, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system and process improvements, and implement solutions to enhance the overall HR experience.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert for all HR systems, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality and providing recommendations for their utilization.
  4. Conduct regular audits of HR systems and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Provide training and support to end-users on HR systems and processes, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  6. Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and standard operating procedures for HR systems and processes.
  7. Communicate system updates, changes, and downtime to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  8. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential system issues or inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize system performance and user experience.
  10. Maintain data integrity and security within HR systems, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
  11. Act as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all users.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR systems and processes, and make recommendations for improvements or new technologies as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Software, Such As Workday Or Adp.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Levels Of Staff.
